RIGHTS ARE GOD GIVEN
Life, liberty, and property are natural rights granted by God and protected by the constitution. These rights must be protected by elected officials. I believe life should be protected from the moment of conception until natural death. Vulnerable populations, such as the unborn, disabled, and elderly must be protected.
EDUCATION
Oklahoma school districts are overburdened by federal bureaucracy. Our rural school districts need more local control in order to effectively teach the next generation of Oklahoma citizens. Educators should be well paid, and well supported by our communities and administration. I support educational reforms that will provide future generations with greater opportunities and outcomes in education.
HEALTHCARE
Rural area hospitals and healthcare professionals face unique healthcare challenges. As a legislator, I will focus on initiatives that lower costs and improve the health outcomes of Oklahomans. Citizens should have access to affordable and high-quality healthcare in all areas of the state.
REDUCING RED TAPE
Transparency, accountability, and fewer regulations from state agencies are a few of my top priorities. I support President Trump and Governor Stitt's executive orders that require state agencies to drop two regulations for every new proposed regulation. I believe that free-market principles are the best way to stimulate the economy. Here in Oklahoma, our small businesses fuel our economy. We must work to remove regulations that hinder our innovative entrepreneurs. As a small business owner, I vow to take critical steps to eliminate constraints on economic opportunity, business investment, and job creation in Oklahoma.
STATE BUDGET
As a legislator, I vow to identify and eliminate waste when developing the state budget. Most, if not all, state agencies are too top-heavy and wasteful. The state budget should be zero based, in accordance with the Oklahoma Republican Party Platform.
SECOND AMENDMENT
The United States Constitution is abundantly clear that the right to bear arms shall not be infringed. I support further expanding protections for firearms owners.
